After a few gentle prods I thought I'd finally do a post.. I didnt' really realize it had been 10 days.. oops!
Summer keeps me busy, and I have to admit to feeling a bit down lately. The house we had been dreaming of seems to be slipping out of grasp, and I'm sad, frustrated, and just blah. :(
Just one of those things where costs are about 60,000 more than we were initially led to believe. It's just upsetting when you allow yourself to get excited about something, and then it just vanishes. Our housing market here is insane! So so so expensive, and I'm starting to fear we will be stuck here forever. Not that it's the end of the world sharing this house with my parents, but truly we are just ready to be on our own. *pout*
ANYhow, on to scrappy stuff. :) I have been keeping myself busy, just not posting, sorry! I've also been working on a Guest Designer gig for September that I'm really excited to share, but for now here is some fun summery stamping stuff!
Supplies:
Cardstock:Bazzill Basics, Canson Water color
Glitter Cardstock: DoodleBug
Patterned Paper: DoodleBug
Stamps: Purple Onion Designs
Citrus Set (Cutest set ever that you must buy... ;)
Ribbon: Wrights, Micheals
Distress Ink: Ranger (Shabby Shutters), Staz-on
I used the distress ink to color in the limes with one of those water brushes. (My mind is gone blank on what they are called.... Aqua painters??)
Just my luck... blogger is not letting me upload any more images :( So I guess it's only one card today! Blah! :P
Ok, be back tomorrow, hopefully is I can do pictures, because really what is the point of a post without pics?! :)

that lime green and pink....LOVE it! Awesome card.
sometimes things happen for a reason. Who knows, maybe there is an even better house out there just waiting for you.
Happy to see you are back. :-D
But sorry the house is not working out just now. Sending a little prayer your way for the perfect house at the perfect price!
