I posted earlier about my love for my new Wplus9 stamp sets, and I couldn't help myself and I made another card right away. I just LOVE these stamps and all the possibilities that go with them.
They are having a birthday contest and I'm entering this card under the sequins category. Who doesn't love sequins these days?? I just love using them!! :)
