Green for Griffin...

Just sharing a page I made for the October Afternoon Blog last week.  The theme for the week was Green/Lucky.  I obviously went for the Green theme. lol.

Unfortunately my printer is on the fritz and keeps jamming paper anytime I try an print so I have no journaling on this page yet.  I will add it once it's fixed, and essentially it's about how when it comes to plates, cups, etc.  It helps him remember that it's "Green for Griffin".  :)

If you want to see the sketch I made for this page, then go check it out on the OA Blog here :)

If you are wondering, the green "arrow/tree" paper, and the gold star paper are from the amazing December Story kit.  I love that I can pull stuff from it all year long too!

It was also my Griffin's 8th Birthday yesterday!!  He is such a fun kid, and I'm so proud of the boy he's growing up into.  At this point, he wants to be a Lawyer who lives in Toronto.  lol.  I'm fine with the lawyer part, I just hope he doesn't move that far away from me!  ;)

Hope you are having a great day!

This is adorable!! I love how you used products from December. My favorite pages are when people use the themed products other then what they were intended for. Love the green theme!!

This is adorable, as is that photo. :) My youngest, Ben, turned 8 in December. He told me he wants to travel the world and work with animals. My middle child will be 17 this weekend. One more year of high school left. All she talks about is moving across the country. Makes me sad. She wants to go where it is warmer year-round.
