I also had one of my best friends over the other day for a fun photo shoot! It was great fun, and when you have someone so beautiful to photograph, well it's easy!!
I told her how I wanted her makeup, and she went to town :)
When I graduated from Photography school, my portfolio was all fashion. This is what I wanted to do! Then I got married, had kids, and my priority's shifted. So doing this shoot was like a breath of fresh air for me. And the best part? She said can't stop staring at the pictures, and felt like a model for a day.
How cool is that?? I love that I was able to give her that gift :)

I really love your photos Lulu - especially your black and whites. I love how you balance the light and all the people look so 'intense' in the photos (in a good way)
