Plum :)

A week! Gosh I'm an terrible blogger! :( Shame on me, I know!

Anyhow, I wanted to play along with the Plum challenge over on the Moxie fab World blog, so here is my card!!! :)

Supplies:
Patterned Paper: Collage Press
Sticker: Doodlebug
Stamps: Hero Arts
Tags: Avery (yes, I know I'm addicted ;)
Ribbon: Unknown
Pearls: Basic Grey
Ink: Distress Ink (Dusty Concord)

Unfortunately not the best pics since I had to bonk the ISO so high since we have zero light here. It is seriously raining cats and dogs. I think it's a Pineapple express. Yay us. ;)

Anyhow, can I share my good news with you all? :)
I'm going to be Designer of the Month for the April CARDS magazine! Pretty happy about that one.. heeee!

Alrighty, I'll try not to be a stranger, but I'm seriously wrapped up in a book series. It isn't as epically fantastic as Harry Potter, but I'm loving it all the same! Plus, they have turned it into a movie, which could be a great thing! Or... not so much. lol. We shall see.

Here is the first book in the series..

Have you read it? :)

congrats on the CARDS designer.
I have a question for you. The inking you do on your projects always looks so great and even. How do you do it? Do you use Q-tips? I for the life of me cannot get my edges to look like that. Thanks!

Both my 5th and 6th graders are currently reading this series. I also will read a chapter or two to them at bedtime and have really enjoyed it. Really fun to revisit greek mythology mixed with modern times.
